During periods of high order volume, holidays, promotions, or severe weather conditions, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery time estimates provided by shipping carriers are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. Yaad Pantry Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by completing our contact form or emailing us at returns@yaadpantry.com.

Photos of any damaged items and packaging
A brief description of the issue

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. However, we will gladly assist customers in locating delayed packages and submitting carrier claims when applicable.
